Not the first time that I have used them and they are always great. This time around, I had to change my graphics card.
I contact them as I wanted to make sure that the card I would buy would be compatible. They sent me an email with suggestions of compatible cards for my motherboard and with a wide price range for me to decide.
Once I got delivery of the card I chose, I brought the PC over to them. They completed the job quickly and efficiently, including running diagnostics and ensuring that everything was working fine. They also sent me a follow up email a couple of hours later to ensure that all was ok.
It is great having a small business taking care of his customers and delivering a fast, efficient service. Keep up the great work !

Brought in my Macbook pro that was very broken. Muhammed is very matter of fact and honest. He repaired is for a lot less than I feared it would be. I will definitely be taking my laptop for regular services and he will be my first port of call should anything like this ever happen again.

IPhone X screen repair: Really efficient and fast repairs. Initial delays due to supplier but not the fault of the shop. Once the screens arrived my phone was repaired pretty much within the hour. Nice guys. Good customer service.

I am leaving a 5 star review after recently having my laptop repaired by FSE.
They are my local computer repair shop and regularly pop in for bits. This was a big job. The laptop had broken at the hinges and had became very slow. I was ready to trade it for a new one. However. Mohammed the gentlemen that does the repairs was not intimidated. He worked miracles and brought my laptop back to life. Repaired the hinges, installed a new 1tb ssd and added 16gb ram.
They kept in contact with me while the laptop was there which put me at ease.
I highly recommend FSE for computer repair, laptop repair, mobile phone repair.
Friendly people that go out of their way to provide a quality service.

What a scam - no T&C's, no refunds, when the item is sold there is no paperwork with it, just verbal "you can return it within 30 days if faulty" - later they try and justify it by saying you can "exchange it" but not return (even if presented with receipt). Stay away from this place.

Found the shop by chance and glad that I did.
Ali not only provided great customer service at the time. and still continues to do so. Great attitude and provides an explanation as to why the problem may have occurred, so you gain an understanding.

Ali does his utmost to help. If he is unable to fix the problem he tells you. No time or money wasted and no rip off, unlike some other shops who will charge you extortionate prices for doing next to nothing.

Any problems I have with either my phone, computer hardware FSE is the place I will be and also recommend to my friends.

I have been a customer of FSE (Ali) for a period of some 10 years -
I can honestly say out of all the Apple Mac specialist in the South West London this is the most reasonable and consistent service i have received from any of the Apple specialist in the area -
The repair service is always excellent and reasonably priced ...
The service is also excellent...
The replacement parts they use are always durable
And the good will is always reflected in everything they do...

This is one of those rare places left in London which actually serve the community rather than exploit the community...

Seldom do you find genuine people with such an honest and professional approach in retail. Twice now Mr Ali Kashmiri has fixed my iphone and would not take any payment. The first time I met him was when We bought a used Apple laptop. He offered an excellent price and 3 years later it still works like new. I am about to take in another Apple computer which has started to run slow because I trust their service and the price offered for the fix was substantially cheaper than other quotes. He is also very engaging, helpful and funny

Having gone to FSE once before to fix a personal computer I was so impressed with the service that I decided to use them for my business. This time they have really knocked it out the park and provided me with a brilliant set of computer equipment at 50% of the cost I would be able to find it online new. On a tight budget Ali was able to find everything I needed nearly new with all the warranties and particulars in place and at a significantly discounted price. I couldn't recommend his services more and will be very happy to do business with them again.
